Are there any precautions to know about?
These items are comfort and wellness products, not medical devices. Pneumatic compression is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of venous thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders. Electrical stimulation devices are not suitable for people with a pacemaker. Seek advice from a healthcare professional if in doubt.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the circumference of the area concerned (calf, thigh, knee, waist or wrist) and compare it with the size guide given in the description. If in doubt between two sizes, write to us before ordering: we'll tell you which one to take.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification needed. The item must be returned complete, in new condition and with the invoice. Return shipping is at your expense if you change your mind; if the product is faulty or not as described, we cover it. Refund within 7 to 14 days after the return is received and checked.
