DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are prepared and shipped by our teams within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

KINESSIA delivers to the following countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Ireland and Canada.

Our delivery times are between 6 and 8 working days.

Order preparation cut-off: Monday to Friday: 3 pm (GMT+1, Paris time)

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then a second e-mail with your shipping confirmation including your tracking number.

The choice of carrier may vary according to weight, quantity, product availability and cart value, as well as the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the destination country and the option chosen.
