Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the product must be returned complete (accessories, cables, cover and manual included), in its original packaging where possible, and in a condition allowing resale.
Return costs
- Defective or non-conforming product, or an error on our part: we cover the return costs and send you the procedure by e-mail.
- Simple change of mind: return costs are borne by you, unless stated otherwise at the time of ordering.
How to return a product
Write to us at contact@kinessia.com with your order number before any return; we will send you the address and the procedure.
Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, we refund the payment method used within 14 days at most.
Warranty
Independently of the right of withdrawal, your purchases are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code. Details of these guarantees are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
Products not covered
Braces and accessories in direct contact with the skin cannot be returned once the hygiene packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective.
