Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to give a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual).

• The product must be in new condition so that it can be put back on the market.

• The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.

In the event of withdrawal (simple change of mind), the shipping costs for returning your item are borne by the customer.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by e-mail at contact@kinessia.com, attaching photos of the problem to speed up processing. In this case, we cover the return costs: we send you the procedure by e-mail.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
