I don't know which size to take

Measure the circumference of the area concerned with a tape measure and compare with the size guide on the product page. If in doubt between two sizes, take the larger one. You can also send us your measurements: we reply before you order.

I want to track my parcel

The tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the order ships. Enter it on our order tracking page. If you cannot find the e-mail, check your spam folder before writing to us.

My device will not switch on

In the vast majority of cases, it is a battery delivered partially charged: leave it charging for two full hours before the first try. If the problem persists, write to us: the legal guarantee of conformity covers defects that existed at delivery.

I want to return a product

You have 14 days after receipt. Write to us with your order number, we will send you the return address and the procedure. Do not send anything before receiving this address.
