What heat does
A temperature that stays on the area
A hot shower lasts ten minutes and you're standing. A jumper warms the surface. Here the heat sits exactly where the tension settles, and it stays there for as long as you've chosen.
- Several levels, starting with the lowest
- Automatic shut-off at the end of the cycle
- Wear over a thin garment, never directly on the skin

The simplest gesture
Nothing to adjust, nothing to learn
Of the whole range, this is the item that asks the least of you. Put it on, choose a level, forget about it. No programme, no position to find, no session to fit into the day.
- Battery or USB models: no cable to the socket
- Slim profile, worn under clothing
- Never while sleeping, nor on damaged skin
Sound familiar?
You've already tried plenty of things. And it comes back.
Choose the situation that most resembles yours.

The first steps of the morning are the slowest
You get up, and the lower back takes a moment to follow. You have to walk a little, move, wait for it to loosen on its own before regaining normal range.
A hot shower helps, but it lasts ten minutes and you're standing. What's missing is heat that stays on the area while you have your coffee.
A heating pad keeps a steady temperature on the area, with automatic shut-off at the end of the cycle.

As soon as it's cold, everything tightens
In winter, or in a poorly heated office, you feel your shoulders rising and your lower back stiffening. You keep your jacket on, cross your arms, and it doesn't help.
Another jumper warms the surface. It doesn't heat the precise area that's tightening.
Battery or USB models are worn under clothing, without staying plugged into a socket.

You just want it to let go
The day is over, you don't feel like stretching, adjusting a device or programming a session. You want to sit down and do nothing.
That's exactly what heat allows: it's the simplest gesture in the whole range. Put it on, choose a level, forget about it.
Fifteen to thirty minutes depending on the model, then the device switches off by itself — you can doze off on it.
Key figures
What to remember before ordering
The numbers that really matter when choosing, and what they mean in practice.
-
15-30
Minutes per session
Beyond that, you gain nothing more and the skin ends up uncomfortable. Most devices stop by themselves.
-
3-4
Sessions per week
The recommended starting rhythm. Regularity matters more than the intensity of a single session.
-
7-10 d
Estimated delivery time
Prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then 6 to 8 working days of transport. Shipping costs calculated at checkout, based on destination.
-
14 d
To change your mind
Statutory withdrawal period from receipt. Return shipping at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
The specifications of this particular model — dimensions, material, battery life — are in the description and in the Specifications tab above.
Getting started
What changes, week after week
A recovery device isn't judged on one session, but on regularity. Here is what a normal start looks like.
-
Day 1
The first session
You unpack, plug in, start the gentlest mode. The aim isn't to go hard: it's to notice the sensation and find the setting that suits you.
-
First week
You find your setting
After three or four sessions, you know which mode and duration suit you. You stop testing everything each time: the device becomes simple.
-
Weeks 2 to 4
The habit settles in
The session finds its place in the day — after training, or in the evening in front of the television. It's this regularity that makes the difference.
-
Beyond a month
The reflex
You no longer think about it: the device comes out by itself at the end of the day, just like a shower or a stretch. That's when it really pays for itself.
This timeline describes settling into a habit of use, not a guaranteed result. How it feels varies from person to person. These products are comfort and wellness items: they do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
How long does a session last?
Allow between 15 and 30 minutes per session depending on the mode chosen. We recommend a maximum of 1 to 2 sessions per day.
Are there any precautions to know about?
These items are comfort and wellness products, not medical devices. Pneumatic compression is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of venous thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders. Electrical stimulation devices are not suitable for people with a pacemaker. Seek advice from a healthcare professional if in doubt.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the circumference of the area concerned (calf, thigh, knee, waist or wrist) and compare it with the size guide given in the description. If in doubt between two sizes, write to us before ordering: we'll tell you which one to take.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification needed. The item must be returned complete, in new condition and with the invoice. Return shipping is at your expense if you change your mind; if the product is faulty or not as described, we cover it. Refund within 7 to 14 days after the return is received and checked.
