Kinesiology taping strip for kneecap support

Kinesiology strips in cotton, pre-cut to be applied around the kneecap. They support the stability of the knee while keeping a full range of movement.

Material and application

Elastic cotton coated with an acrylic adhesive. Apply to clean, dry skin with no cream, knee slightly bent. Lay the ends down without stretching them, then rub the strip for a few seconds to activate the adhesive.

Use

The strip holds for several days and withstands showering. Remove it slowly, in the direction of hair growth, preferably on damp skin.
