What a belt really does
A reminder, not a corset
It doesn't lift for you and doesn't strengthen any muscle. It reminds you of the position the moment you lose it: when bending, carrying a load, or around 4 pm when the back slips back into its usual curve.
- You feel the support when you slump
- Fitted correctly, it leaves room for two fingers
- Loosen it at rest: the muscles must keep working

Choosing your size
Waist circumference, not trouser size
It's the most common mistake, and the first cause of returns. Measure at navel level, tape measure flat, without pulling tight. If you hesitate between two sizes, take the larger one.

Sound familiar?
You've already tried plenty of things. And it comes back.
Choose the situation that most resembles yours.

Your back works all day
Moving house, handling, boxes, equipment: you bend your knees when you think of it, and forget as soon as things speed up.
A belt doesn't lift for you. It reminds you to brace your core and limits twisting movements — it's a mechanical reminder, not muscular reinforcement.
Wear it during moments of strain, not continuously: the back muscles must keep working.

Around 4 pm, you change position every five minutes
Office, car, meetings. You sit up straight, lean back, cross your legs, and nothing holds for more than a few minutes.
The ergonomic chair helped, a little. But it spreads the load, it doesn't remind you of the position. After ten minutes of inattention, the back slips back into its usual curve.
You feel the support when you slump: it's the reminder that counts, not the tightness.

In photos, you look hunched
You notice it afterwards, in a photo or a shop window. You straighten up, hold it for three minutes, then the computer takes over again.
Straightening up by willpower demands constant attention. That's precisely what you don't have while working.
Start with twenty to thirty minutes a day, then increase gradually over two to three weeks.

Getting started
What changes, week after week
A recovery device isn't judged on one session, but on regularity. Here is what a normal start looks like.
-
Day 1
The first session
You unpack, plug in, start the gentlest mode. The aim isn't to go hard: it's to notice the sensation and find the setting that suits you.
-
First week
You find your setting
After three or four sessions, you know which mode and duration suit you. You stop testing everything each time: the device becomes simple.
-
Weeks 2 to 4
The habit settles in
The session finds its place in the day — after training, or in the evening in front of the television. It's this regularity that makes the difference.
-
Beyond a month
The reflex
You no longer think about it: the device comes out by itself at the end of the day, just like a shower or a stretch. That's when it really pays for itself.
This timeline describes settling into a habit of use, not a guaranteed result. How it feels varies from person to person. These products are comfort and wellness items: they do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
Are there any precautions to know about?
These items are comfort and wellness products, not medical devices. Pneumatic compression is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of venous thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders. Electrical stimulation devices are not suitable for people with a pacemaker. Seek advice from a healthcare professional if in doubt.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the circumference of the area concerned (calf, thigh, knee, waist or wrist) and compare it with the size guide given in the description. If in doubt between two sizes, write to us before ordering: we'll tell you which one to take.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification needed. The item must be returned complete, in new condition and with the invoice. Return shipping is at your expense if you change your mind; if the product is faulty or not as described, we cover it. Refund within 7 to 14 days after the return is received and checked.
