What it changes
Twenty minutes sitting, and your legs get moving again
You settle in, start the cycle, and do nothing more. The air rises from foot to thigh, pauses, releases, then starts again from the bottom. It's the movement missing from a day spent sitting or standing — except here, the device produces it while you stay still.
- Nothing to learn: put them on, pick a mode, wait
- You can read, phone or watch a film during the session
- The device stops by itself at the end of the cycle

Every day
The right moment is when you finally sit down
At the end of the day, after a long outing, or between two shifts. The session doesn't add to your schedule: it takes the place of a moment when you were already doing nothing.
- Set up in under a minute
- Stores flat or rolled, hoses disconnected
- Always start with the lowest intensity
Sound familiar?
You've already tried plenty of things. And it comes back.
Choose the situation that most resembles yours.

At 8 pm, your legs weigh a ton
You finally sit down, and that's when it shows: tight calves, slightly swollen ankles, that feeling of legs pulling downwards.
You've tried raising your legs against the wall, cold showers, cooling creams. It feels good for ten minutes, then it comes back. The problem is that none of this makes the leg work: it numbs it, without ever getting it moving again.
Pneumatic compression does the opposite: it gets the leg moving again while you stay still.

Tuesday's session is still felt on Thursday
You train seriously, but recovery no longer keeps up. Your thighs ache two days later, the next session is worse, and you end up spacing out your workouts.
Stretching is part of the solution, but it takes time, discipline, and it doesn't reach the deepest areas. That's why clubs use devices: because they work while the athlete rests.
Twenty minutes at the end of a session, with no extra effort on your part.

Your job is done standing, and your legs take the strain
Care worker, shopkeeper, hairdresser, in the kitchen: you've stopped counting the hours spent standing. Compression stockings help you get through the day, but in the evening the fatigue is still there.
The problem isn't the day itself: it's that there's never a real break between two. Without recovery time, the fatigue adds up from one day to the next.
A fixed appointment with your legs, every evening, while you watch television.
Key figures
What to remember before ordering
The numbers that really matter when choosing, and what they mean in practice.
-
15-30
Minutes per session
Beyond that, you gain nothing more and the skin ends up uncomfortable. Most devices stop by themselves.
-
3-4
Sessions per week
The recommended starting rhythm. Regularity matters more than the intensity of a single session.
-
7-10 d
Estimated delivery time
Prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then 6 to 8 working days of transport. Shipping costs calculated at checkout, based on destination.
-
14 d
To change your mind
Statutory withdrawal period from receipt. Return shipping at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Getting started
What changes, week after week
A recovery device isn't judged on one session, but on regularity. Here is what a normal start looks like.
-
Day 1
The first session
You unpack, plug in, start the gentlest mode. The aim isn't to go hard: it's to notice the sensation and find the setting that suits you.
-
First week
You find your setting
After three or four sessions, you know which mode and duration suit you. You stop testing everything each time: the device becomes simple.
-
Weeks 2 to 4
The habit settles in
The session finds its place in the day — after training, or in the evening in front of the television. It's this regularity that makes the difference.
-
Beyond a month
The reflex
You no longer think about it: the device comes out by itself at the end of the day, just like a shower or a stretch. That's when it really pays for itself.
This timeline describes settling into a habit of use, not a guaranteed result. How it feels varies from person to person. These products are comfort and wellness items: they do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
How long does a session last?
Allow between 15 and 30 minutes per session depending on the mode chosen. We recommend a maximum of 1 to 2 sessions per day.
Are there any precautions to know about?
These items are comfort and wellness products, not medical devices. Pneumatic compression is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of venous thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders. Electrical stimulation devices are not suitable for people with a pacemaker. Seek advice from a healthcare professional if in doubt.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the circumference of the area concerned (calf, thigh, knee, waist or wrist) and compare it with the size guide given in the description. If in doubt between two sizes, write to us before ordering: we'll tell you which one to take.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification needed. The item must be returned complete, in new condition and with the invoice. Return shipping is at your expense if you change your mind; if the product is faulty or not as described, we cover it. Refund within 7 to 14 days after the return is received and checked.
