Your hand stays in control
You control the pressure, not the other way round
A massage device guesses nothing. You decide where to press, for how long and how hard. On a sensitive area you ease off, elsewhere you press harder — and you stop when it feels comfortable, not when the timer says so.
- One to two minutes per area is enough
- On the muscle, never on bone or joints
- The pressure should stay comfortable, never painful
Sound familiar?
You've already tried plenty of things. And it comes back.
Choose the situation that most resembles yours.

In the evening, the shoulders stay hard
You run your hand over your trapezius and feel the areas that won't let go. You roll your shoulders, tilt your head, it cracks a little, and ten minutes later it's back.
You've thought about massage, but it's an appointment to fit in, a trip, and a recurring budget. Between two sessions, nothing happens.
A massage device works the same area, at home, the moment the tension appears.

You look for the right position without finding it
You settle on the sofa, wedge a cushion behind your back, change the angle. Nothing feels right, and you end up getting up again.
You sometimes ask someone to press on that exact spot. It works for thirty seconds, until the person tires — and it's never available when you'd need it.
A device doesn't tire: it keeps the same pressure in the same place for as long as you let it run.

Your thighs still ache two days later
You finish the session, stretch for five minutes, and move on. The next day, walking down stairs becomes an operation in itself.
Stretching helps, but it works in length, not in depth. On a dense quadriceps or calf, you need targeted pressure that the hand alone struggles to hold.
One to two minutes per area is enough — on the muscle, never on bone or joints.
Key figures
What to remember before ordering
The numbers that really matter when choosing, and what they mean in practice.
-
15-30
Minutes per session
Beyond that, you gain nothing more and the skin ends up uncomfortable. Most devices stop by themselves.
-
3-4
Sessions per week
The recommended starting rhythm. Regularity matters more than the intensity of a single session.
-
7-10 d
Estimated delivery time
Prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then 6 to 8 working days of transport. Shipping costs calculated at checkout, based on destination.
-
14 d
To change your mind
Statutory withdrawal period from receipt. Return shipping at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
The specifications of this particular model — dimensions, material, battery life — are in the description and in the Specifications tab above.
Getting started
What changes, week after week
A recovery device isn't judged on one session, but on regularity. Here is what a normal start looks like.
-
Day 1
The first session
You unpack, plug in, start the gentlest mode. The aim isn't to go hard: it's to notice the sensation and find the setting that suits you.
-
First week
You find your setting
After three or four sessions, you know which mode and duration suit you. You stop testing everything each time: the device becomes simple.
-
Weeks 2 to 4
The habit settles in
The session finds its place in the day — after training, or in the evening in front of the television. It's this regularity that makes the difference.
-
Beyond a month
The reflex
You no longer think about it: the device comes out by itself at the end of the day, just like a shower or a stretch. That's when it really pays for itself.
This timeline describes settling into a habit of use, not a guaranteed result. How it feels varies from person to person. These products are comfort and wellness items: they do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
How long does a session last?
Allow between 15 and 30 minutes per session depending on the mode chosen. We recommend a maximum of 1 to 2 sessions per day.
Are there any precautions to know about?
These items are comfort and wellness products, not medical devices. Pneumatic compression is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of venous thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders. Electrical stimulation devices are not suitable for people with a pacemaker. Seek advice from a healthcare professional if in doubt.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the circumference of the area concerned (calf, thigh, knee, waist or wrist) and compare it with the size guide given in the description. If in doubt between two sizes, write to us before ordering: we'll tell you which one to take.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification needed. The item must be returned complete, in new condition and with the invoice. Return shipping is at your expense if you change your mind; if the product is faulty or not as described, we cover it. Refund within 7 to 14 days after the return is received and checked.
