Patellar knee strap with silicone gel pad

A silicone gel pad replaces the usual foam: the support below the kneecap is softer and deforms with movement instead of staying rigid.

Material and adjustment

Breathable elastic strap, built-in silicone gel pad and hook-and-loop fastening. The pad sits just below the kneecap, knee slightly bent, before you dose the tightening.

Use
